These Terms govern the usage of RTC Branch Case Management and explain your rights, responsibilities, and the commitments we maintain while supporting court operations.
1. Data Protection
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to secure your data. While we aim for complete protection, no system is immune to disruption.
- We regularly back up customer information but retain no liability for loss caused by hardware failure or user error.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding their own authentication credentials and for maintaining interior backups if needed.
2. Data Ownership and Access
All data stored within RTC Branch Case Management remains the property of the client organization.
- Clients may request data exports in supported formats at any time.
- Deletion requests are honored subject to applicable retention obligations and technical feasibility.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Write access is conditional upon an active subscription; expired accounts may be limited to read-only mode until payment is processed.
- Subscription pricing is published on https://www.it-central.net and is subject to change with notice.
- Refunds follow the policy outlined on the Subscription page.
4. Service Availability
We strive to keep the platform available but may schedule maintenance windows or experience unscheduled outages.
- If you report a disruption, we will investigate and communicate progress in a timely manner.
- Downtime caused by third-party providers, internet routing, or act of God events is handled on a case-by-case basis.
