These Terms govern the usage of RTC Branch Case Management and explain your rights, responsibilities, and the commitments we maintain while supporting court operations.
1. Service Scope & Legal Disclaimer
RTC Branch Case Management is provided as a digital tool for case tracking, scheduling, and administrative support in court settings. The platform is not an official court system of record and is not affiliated with any government judiciary.
The system must not be used as the sole basis for:
- Legal decisions
- Court rulings
- Official filings
2. User Responsibility & Compliance
Users are responsible for maintaining their own official records outside the platform and for verifying the accuracy of the information we surface.
Each user must comply with all applicable Philippine laws and judiciary regulations when using the service.
3. Data Protection & Breach Response
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including secure authentication and encrypted connections, to protect your data. Despite these measures, no system is completely immune to disruption.
Users acknowledge that:
- Data loss may occur because of system failure, cyberattacks, human error, or unforeseen events
- We cannot guarantee 100% data preservation or recovery
- Users are responsible for maintaining backups whenever necessary
IT-Central.NET shall not be liable for:
- Data loss, corruption, or temporary unavailability
- Unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials
- Cybersecurity incidents such as malware or ransomware that are beyond our reasonable control
In the event of a breach, we will take reasonable steps to contain and mitigate the impact and notify affected users within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Data Ownership, Access, and Portability
All data entered into the system remains the property of the organization that owns the account.
Users have the right to:
- Download their data in available formats (e.g., CSV or Excel)
- Request deletion of their data
- Access and review their stored information
5. Account Termination and Data Deletion
Accounts can be terminated upon user request.
After termination:
- Data may be permanently removed following a reasonable grace period (typically 30–90 days)
- Users must export any data they wish to keep before deletion
6. Subscriptions and Service Availability
Write access is conditional upon an active subscription; expired accounts may be limited to read-only mode until payment is processed.
- Subscription pricing is published on the Subscription page and is subject to change with notice.
- Refunds follow the policy outlined on the Subscription page.
We strive to keep the platform available but may schedule maintenance windows or experience unscheduled outages.
- If you report a disruption, we will investigate and communicate progress in a timely manner.
- Downtime caused by third-party providers, internet routing, or acts of God is handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
IT-Central.NET shall not be liable for:
- Missed deadlines or court schedules
- Incorrect case data or records
- Legal consequences arising from system use
